About the Opportunity:

• Join a compassionate interdisciplinary team dedicated to improving healthcare in Northern San Diego County
• Work either a 4 or 5 day week
• Reasonable patient volume

Requirements:

• Certifications/Licenses
• Current, unrestricted PA license
• Current, unrestricted DEA Certification; X- waiver preferred
