Family Medicine Physician - Locums in Washington, Outpatient Only

Outpatient family medicine role in Grand Coulee, Washington; weekday clinic, no call, and walk-in patient mix.

Highlights

• No call required; clinic hours only
• Start as early as September 15
• 3-month assignment to start, with possible extension

Practice Setting

• Rural health walk-in clinic within a critical access hospital
• Volume: ~16 patients/day
• Team includes MDs, ARNPs, general surgery, OB, hospitalists, CRNA, and more
• Teaching site; occasional student precepting expected
• Cerner EMR

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 9a-6p
• 1-hour lunch break
• Full-time availability needed

Cases and Procedures

• Minor illness/injury, flu-like symptoms, cough/cold, sinus/ear infections
• Physicals, workers comp, splinting, suturing, rash, basic procedures
• No inpatient responsibilities

Requirements

• Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine
• Active Washington license
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Must be comfortable seeing all ages

Travel Accommodations

• Lodging provided (onsite housing)
