Woodland Clinic Medical Group, a growing multispecialty group, is seeking to add a BE/BC Gastroenterology Physician. Candidates with ERCP preferred, but not required.

Compensation Range: $603,157 for 18 months, then productivity model

Woodland is the county seat of Yolo County, located in California's Central Valley. Woodland is located 20 miles northwest of Sacramento at the intersection of Interstate 5 and State Route 113. To the south is the City of Davis, a university-oriented city noted for small-town style is just 20 miles from Sacramento, and for those craving a taste of the city life you are just an hour from San Francisco. The Sacramento International Airport is eight miles to the east. Waterways include the Yolo Bypass and Sacramento River to the east, Willow Slough to the southeast, and Cache Creek to the north.

Woodland's agricultural setting is largely responsible for the community's distinct identity and plays an important economic role in Woodland. Due to its proximity to major transportation nodes, Woodland has also become increasingly important as a manufacturing and distribution center.

We have an opportunity for a 1.0 FTE Urgent Care advanced practice provider at our regional medical center in Federal Way, Washington. Aspects of the advanced practitioner role:

• Integrative primary care model: Virginia Mason has an innovative approach, with embedded pharmacists, social workers and psychiatry providers all part of the primary care team and partnering to provide the best care to patients. In primary care, we provide focused, coordinated care for our patients that have resulted in excellent health outcomes.Social workers are available to help address social/emotional/behavioral/environment needs and to provide and coordinate care.
• Flexible schedule options: We partner with you to develop a schedule that accommodates your individual needs as much as possible.
• Access to ancillary and specialty services: Referral options to over 30+ medical specialties within Virginia Mason with collegial and responsive results.
• Learning opportunities: The team has a teaching culture and is a conducive environment for providers newly out of school. A formal mentorship program is in place to help guide new providers to Virginia Mason and support them for long term success.
• Innovation: The Virginia Mason culture promotes new approaches, best practice standards and continual improvement for both the patient and team member safety and experience using our Virginia Mason Production System with the vision of being the quality leader in healthcare.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8am-8pm. Saturday; 8am-5pm. Sunday; Currently not open on Sunday, however, plan to be open 8am-5pm.
• Shifts; Full time providers are required to work 30 weekday shifts and 6 weekend shifts, per quarter.
