Outpatient Internal Medicine locums in Chicago with fast credentialing and weekday-only schedule.

Highlights

• No call required; maximize time between shifts
• Fully outpatient; no hospital rounds

Practice Setting

• Primary care clinic serving Medicare-aged patients
• Majority of patient population is Spanish-speaking
• Support from NPs, RNs, MAs, and on-site scribes

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• No weekends or after-hours responsibilities
• Minimum 3-month assignment, with option to extend

Cases and Procedures

• No procedures required
• Chronic disease management: diabetes, hypertension, CHF, CAD
• Care for mild cognitive impairment and geriatric needs

Requirements

• MD or DO, Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active Illinois license and DEA
• Spanish fluency required

Travel Accommodations

• All travel expenses covered: airfare, lodging, rental car, mileage
