Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibilities:
- Provide hands-on clinical instruction and supervision to learners in an outpatient or inpatient setting
- Model best practices in patient care, communication, and professionalism
- Support learners in developing diagnostic reasoning, clinical decision-making, and procedural skills
- Offer constructive feedback and contribute to learner evaluations
- Collaborate with faculty and other preceptors to enhance the educational experience
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and accreditation standards

QUALIFICATIONS
- MD or DO degree
- Board certification in an applicable specialty
- Active New Jersey medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience in medical education or a strong interest in teaching
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
