- Physicians manages a panel of approximately 1100 patients in conjunction with his/her patient aligned care team (PACT). - Each PACT is staffed by a physician, RN, LPN, and clerk. The PACT model emphasizes each team member contributing to the veteran's care. - Physicians see an average of 8-14 patients per day during scheduled appointment times. - No after hours or weekend call required. Moonlighting outside of normal working hours is allowed.
