Academic Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician All Ranks, Non-tenure Track The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care & Environmental Medicine seeks to add a new physician to the team. Our Division has adopted a team approach to care. We are responsible for and ICU of 36 beds but frequently expand into other ICU space due to high census. Our faculty approach this same outlook with regard to consults and clinic, which are done on a rotational schedule. We provide specialty clinics in Pulmonary Hypertension, Lung Cancer, Interstitial Lung Disease, Neuromuscular Disease, and Cystic Fibrosis. Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in pulmonary hypertension, cystic fibrosis, and ECMO. We are a comprehensive department, offering a full complement of fellowship programs. As a result, our faculty are heavily involved in the teaching of fellows, residents, and medical students and has received many awards related to this endeavor. The entire Division is invested in advancement as a group and individually. There is the opportunity for self-directed advancement and the ability to carve out opportunities for specialized programs if it is of interest to the candidate. Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in pulmonary hypertension, cystic fibrosis, and ECMO. Required Qualifications Applicants must have an MD/DO, be Board-certified or board-eligible in pulmonary and/or critical care medicine, have exemplary clinical skills, interest in clinical and/or basic science research, and a strong interest in teaching. |
