| Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF) is launching new medical residency and fellowship programs in South Florida. These programs will provide clinical and didactic education in a high-tech and high-touch environment. Working in conjunction with our Baptist Health Medical Group and academic affiliate Florida International University, we are developing a new Internal Medicine residency program. Our medical group is seeking an Associate Program Director for our upcoming Internal Medicine residency with a clinical focus in primary care. We seek an experienced clinician who is committed to providing a high standard of patient care and passionate about ensuring the next generation of internal medicine physicians is highly skilled in providing primary care. The Associate Program Director will assist the program director with responsibilities including program development, securing accreditation, resident education, faculty development, scholarly activity, and community engagement with physicians and hospital administrators. This physician will also work in collaboration with our BHSF Graduate Medical Education (GME) team to ensure standards, quality and growth of the program.
