Practice details include: - Full scope position serving communities of Loveland and Ft. Collins
- 4 or 5-day work week
- Light call, taken from home
- PharmD and Behavioral Health on site
- Anticipate quick ramp-up to full patient panels, 18-22 PPD
Requirements: - Board Certified (or eligible) in Family Medicine
- Licensed in Colorado, or qualified to obtain
- Enjoys practicing with all ages, including geriatrics, in a collaborative environment
Banner Health total compensation package includes: - Salary Range: $209,341-$237,686 (commensurate with experience), plus incentives
