The ownership path is clear and straightforward. A Kelsey-Seybold Physician is typically eligible for ownership after three years of employment, board certification, and demonstrated good citizenship. At Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, our Internal Medicine physicians examine adult patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings to ensure proper injury care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. They also can request necessary tests and follow-up visits, and refer patients to specialists, as necessary.

At Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, you will see patients in the office from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Depending on your assigned call group, you will take a periodic hospital call at night. Typically, you are not required to stay overnight in hospitals.

Practicing Medicine at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic

Our physicians practice medicine in a collaborative manner amongst many medical specialties and subspecialties embracing technology and teamwork to provide patient-centered care. Our compensation package is productivity-based and includes salary, paid time off, CME, and matching 401K. Affiliated with Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Heart Institute.
