ChristianaCare is currently recruiting for a highly motivated and skilled Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in the Critical Care Float Pool. This is a full-time or full-time flex position rotating through the Medical, Cardiac, Surgical, and Neurological Intensive Care Units on our Newark and Wilmington campuses and consists of a combination of weekday and weekend day, evening, night, and holiday shifts. Responsibilities in each unit include admitting and managing multiple critically ill patients in collaboration with intensivists, fellows, and residents. The ideal candidate for this position is comfortable working in a high acuity, fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy. Candidate must have 2 years of critical care experienc
