Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a BE/BC internal medicine or family medicine physician with experience caring for patients with Sickle Cell Disease, including pain management, to lead as Medical Director of the Sickle Cell Medical Home program. Candidate will provide primary care services for patients including chronic disease management, cancer screening, and acute illness treatment, as well as supervise an APRN whose role will be to also provide primary care services. Candidate will provide inpatient and outpatient clinical management for sickle cell patients who have need for chronic and acute pain management, as well as supervising the Sickle Cell Day Hospital.
