St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking an experienced full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join St. Peter's Internal Medicine and Pediatrics located in Albany, New York.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support. This practice prides itself in providing high-quality health care services for the entire family, from birth to geriatric care.

Our Internal Medicine and Pediatric services include routine pediatric, adult, and geriatric health care (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school, daycare, or insurance); routine care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions, routine immunizations, and preventive inoculations; preventive health and wellness services, including cancer screening and promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

The practice offers after-hours on call phone coverage and is a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH). Call is shared via a call group.

The ideal candidate will be patient centered, have exceptional clinical and communication skills, and possess a strong commitment to providing high quality healthcare to the communities we serve. Candidates will need to be Board Certified and able to obtain a license to practice in the State of New York.

Interested candidates should have the following:

• Board Certification
• NYS licensure
• DEA required
• Ability and willingness to treat all age groups is required
• At least 2-3 years of practice experience required
