ChristianaCare is currently seeking at full-time Manager of Practice Operations for our Primary Care office at Wilson (900 Foulk Road location in Wilmington). PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: The Manager of Practice Operations is responsible for workflow, performance, and the overall management and operations of the assigned practice which includes maintaining finance and office productivity, meeting quality measures and patient/staff satisfaction and performance goals. The Manager works closely with the Director of Operations and clinical lead regarding financial/budget reporting, workflow processes and standardization, performance improvement and creating a collaborative work environment.
