Practice Description

M Health Fairview is looking for partners to join on a temporary - locum basis as a Hospitalists to work at many of our facilities. The Fairview Hospitalist Services provide general medical care of hospitalized patients at multiple hospitals located throughout Minneapolis/St. Paul and surrounding areas. The Fairview Health Medical Group is a physician-led, integrated, multi-specialty practice that is comprised of more than 500 providers in 48 practice locations. Our Hospitalists work together to manage and advance the care of a wide variety of patients across all community facilities in our organization. Sub-specialty consults are available at each location. Day, evening and overnight shifts available. Exact shift times vary by location.

Qualifications

*This requisition is for candidates presented by locums agencies only*

• Must be a graduate of an accredited ACGME internal medicine/family medicine program
• Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association
• Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the state of Minnesota
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required)
