St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking an experienced full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Capital Region Family Healthcare located in Rensselaer, New York.

Capital Region Family Healthcare is a highly regarded group of 13 providers. This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support.

The ideal candidate will be patient centered, have exceptional clinical and communication skills and possess a strong commitment to providing high quality healthcare to communities we serve, inclusive of the underserved.

Interested candidates will be board certified and hold New York State licensure and DEA. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience as an advanced practitioner.
