St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking full-time Nurse Practitioner to join the dynamic team at St. Peters Internal Medicine located in Troy, New York.

St. Peters Internal Medicine is a busy outpatient practice with a strong patient following and has a long tradition of providing high quality internal medicine to the community. Our team provides routine adult health care, including care for chronic medical conditions; preventative health and wellness service; cancer screening; and promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

The schedule for this opportunity is Monday - Friday with shared call rotation of 1 week every 5-6 weeks.

Interested candidates should be Board Certified and hold State of New York licensure and DEA. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing excellent team oriented care.
