WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The Advanced Practice Provider will meet the growing demand for primary care services at Franciscan Physician Network South 31 Family Care located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have experience treating patients of all ages - from newborn to geriatric, in Family Medicine, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physicians to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Practice Hours: Monday â“ Friday, 8:00 a.m. â“ 5:00 p.m.

• Flexible provider schedule; no weekends or holidays

• No call expectation

• Average outpatient volume: 15 - 20 patients per day

• Tele-medicine available

• Will treat patients of all ages: from newborn to geriatric

• Strong mentorship from seasoned physicians in the practice

• Busy collegial practice

• Will work closely with designated medical assistant

• Lab on site
