Adventist Health Delano is actively seeking a Mission Minded Pediatrician to work in Delano, CA. This market offers the opportunity for an outpatient practice with a shared call schedule with an existing pediatrician. The outpatient practice will be a mix of primary care and urgent care, and will work hand-in-hand with the call schedule. Call/Clinic schedule will be changing depending on the schedule of the existing pediatrician. Schedule can range from one week on, one week off to two weeks on, two weeks off to ensure Call/Clinic will be covered in full each monthly.

Candidates must be Board Certified/Board Eligible, be California licensed or eligible and meet the hospital???s medical staff credentialing standards. We are unable to except visa holders at this time.

Located just 30 miles north of Bakersfield, Delano is a small underserved community with strong community values. The Bakersfield/Delano area is 2 hours from Los Angeles, the central coast, and Sequoia National Park. Bakersfield boasts great schools (including a university), museums, cultural diversity and cuisine, and a plethora of outdoor activities.
