WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to help meet the growing demand for primary care services located at our FPN Monticello Medical Center in Monticello, Indiana.
WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have experience treating all ages, a focus on clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Practice Hours: Monday â“ Friday 8:00 a.m. â“ 5:00 p.m.; No weekends or holidays
Flexible provider schedule
Average outpatient volume: 15 - 20 patients per day
Shared Call 1:3 with Nurse Triage System
Will treat patients of all ages
Busy collegial practice
Will work closely with designated medical assistant
Tele-medicine available
On-site lab
Strong mentorship from physician in the practice
