WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Specialty Physicians of Illinois, LLC is seeking an experienced Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider to support the Congestive Heart Clinic. The ideal experience will include solid understanding of CHF disease and managing CHF patients.  Ideally have at least 1 ⓠ2 years of experience as an APP delivering direct patient care in a critical care, emergency department or cardiology inpatient/outpatient.  Will join our busy practice at Franciscan Health Heart and Vascular Institute Olympia Fields located in Olympia Fields, Illinois

WHAT WE NEED:

The candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Provider will need to work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members to ensure delivery of the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Schedule: Monday â“ Friday, 36 hours of patient contact and 4 hours of admin work

• Time will be split between clinic, inpatient rounding, treatment and education

• No call expectation

• Busy established practice
