WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Physician who specializes in Occupational Medicine to join our cohesive team at our Franciscan Health WorkingWell Clinic in Lafayette, Indiana. This is a high performing, well-respected group with a great culture of teamwork.
WHAT WE NEED:
Candidate will have ACLS/BLS certifications and will be able to see all patient types. Occupational Medicine experience of 2 years is preferred, but not required. Candidate should be comfortable with workmanâ™s compensation injuries, Department of Transportation physicals, musculoskeletal injuries, and other work-related injuries or services.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Practice Hours: Monday â“ Friday, 7:00 a.m. â“ 7:00 p.m.
- Flexible provider schedule; No weekends or holidays
- Provide virtual support to outreach locations in Western and Central Indiana
- Anticipated outpatient volumes for new provider: 20 - 22 patients per shift
- Telehealth offered
- Must be DOT and MRO Certified or willing to become certified
- Public Safety pre-employment and OSHA respirator clearance exams
- MA support along with Health Coaches
- Onsite stress testing, body composition and laboratory
- Common Diagnoses:
- Exposures
- Lacerations
- Musculoskeletal injuries
- Pre-employment, DOT, and Non-DOT physicals
- Sprain and Strains
- Immigration physicals
- Disability physicals
