The System Medical Director is responsible for ongoing development, growth, and oversight of Oncology programs within the CHRISTUS Health System. The System Medical Director will promote high standards of medical and radiation oncology practice through the development of policies, protocols, and practice guidelines, and will participate in rigorous performance improvement monitoring, staff education, clinical research, and analysis of financial performance..
