Critical Care (ICU) Nurse Practitioner Opportunity
TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our critical care team at St. Francis - Emory Health in Columbus, Georgia. This clinician must have previous or current critical care/intensive care unit (ICU) experience with a minimum of 1 year of experience as an acute-care nurse practitioner or physician assistant. This position is not open to new graduates due to the acuity level and the need to practice independently in the department, candidate must be proficient with procedures. This is a 20-bed critical care unit, with 10-bed step down unit. Step down is managed by the nurse practitioner or physician assistant and consults with the physician in the ICU.
