A primary care clinic in southern Vermont that provides comprehensive health care for patients of all ages with services spanning family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatrics is adding a Family Medicine Physician. The practice offers preventive care, diagnosis and management of both acute and chronic conditions, routine check-ups, immunizations, and wellness services, aiming to support long-term health for individuals and families in the community.About the opportunity:
- Flexible schedule with 4 or 5 day work week
- Total outpatient
- Infrequent call
- Team of 3 Providers and part of a larger network
- Daily patient census averages 16-20
- 2 year guaranteed salary leading to partnership
- Signing bonus and relocation assistance are negotiable
Community/Location:
- A historic town in the southwestern corner of Vermont, known for its rich Revolutionary War history and vibrant arts scene.
- With a population of around 16,000, this community offers a mix of small-town charm, cultural attractions, and outdoor recreation, including hiking in the nearby Green Mountains.
- One hour from Albany and 2 hours to Burlington
